STEM at DuBois
During STEM Connections classes, students explore hands-on/minds-on Engineering and Robotics challenges. We follow State and National standards to cover a wide range of STEM topics/careers including Aviation, Aerospace, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
Upcoming Projects
This year, students will design and test aircraft; translate binary code; bridge building, study meteorology/weather phenomenon, build closed, opened and parallel circuits; and create 3D Animal cells; and construct a solar powered vehicle.
Robotics Team 1
DIA FIRST Lego League Robotics - Sponsored by the 100 Robotic Alliance

FLL introduces STEM to children ages 4-16 through real world problem-solving experiences through a guided, global robotics program, helping today's students and teachers build a better future together. Students experiment and grow their critical thinking, coding and design skills through hands-on STEM learning and robotics. This year's plan is to have two teams to allow as many students as possible to participate.
